i removed mine and run my pipe through there. bumper hides it just fine probably your easiest bet

So after thinking about it all day at work, I thought I'd double check rotating the compresser housing. ------- A—It worked! For the life of me, I remembered there was a reason WHY it was set up the way it was. That reason was because I couldn't go down and then turn towards the passenger side of the car (I had my SMIC in the fender) because I thought my downpipe was in the way. Anyway, here's a few pics of the damage so far:

Because of the stupid flanges on these things, it does hang a little low (and towhook removed ).

Top view. This looks soooo much better now.

Front mount bolted in... ready to breathe!

That 2" pipe needs to cut back some and then add a coupler with a 180. Pipes are already on order...

That's the wastegate. ***** to the walls.

Overall everything is going well. My piping should be here by the weekend (and thanks for the offer doc for the 90, but I don't think I'll need it). In the meantime I have a newer tranny to install, some grease to clean up and a new half shaft to put in. And hack up the bumper some more

Thank you all for the comments. More updates in a couple of days!

Yeah, I know what you mean. I don't have all my parts, but I am dreading the install. I got a 5th gen Accord that I am trying to keep P/S, A/C and washer reservoir. It just looks like there is NO room to run the pipe. Anybody out there with a FMIC on an Accord wanna offer some tips?

i have a fourth gen. take offthe tow hook, and run the pipe threw the little gap that is behind it. you kinda have to go down and then back up from the IC. good luck, it was a pain in the ***.
