FMIC on an EK...

Who has put a FMIC on there EK? Preferrably 96-98. I'm just curious because I want to get a decent size IC in there without really having problems fitting it or hacking much. Thanks!

What size? Any pics? The black inside plastic of the bumper? I saw a EK keep it.

click my sig....and there is no way you can keep all of the black plastic with an fmic unless its about an inch thick, you will have to cut some of it. The pic is of a cut down powerstrok core like the old jrc. The cca was the 6 inch or whatever.

i didn't cut ANY of the plastic on my bumper in my 00. i did have to notch the bumper support, but that's only b/c i'm using the jrc 8", i didn't have to with the six inch i use to have. i'll post a pic tomorrow, they're on my puter at work.

here's mine, like i said, just had to notch the bumper support, but was able to sit it back far enough that i didn't have to cut any of the bumper. it's a brand new bumper and i paid 200 bucks to have it painted, didn't fee like hacking it up :P
