Default First run with boost

I ran my car for the firts time with turbo kit installed. As soon as I started to get in to boost it would cut out like i was hiting the rev limiter but i was onley at 4,500rpm. I am not sure why, i am running uberdata and i download one of the bins from from the bin page on this site. The bin i downlaoded was for a supercharged car but every thing else was simalar to my setup. Also i had a bit of smoke from my exaughst, is this normal for a new turbo. And for now i have no pcv vale or air filter. I plan to get those things on the car soon. Any ideas.

Yup the map was my problem. I ran a different one and it was boosting to 7psi like it is suposed to. I still have some issues with my exaughst smokeing i think it is my oil return hose. Cause it does not flow down the whole way, it goes down then back up an inch so there might be some oil bubling. Also I am running delo 15-40 oil, I was wondering if that is good for a turbo charged honda.

10w-30 should be fine. Go to www.castrol.com or whatever it is. That's what they say. 20w-50 is like race oil. There's a chart and it explains it, but 10w-30 should be savvy.

Your oil drain should not go uphill AT ALL. It is gravity fed and will cause the oil to be pushed out of the seals causing smoke in your exhaust, and you will need to rebuild your turbo if the seals are damaged enough.
I just took care of the oil return line i just had to shorten it now there is no uphill in it and no cloud of smoke when my car starts up.

Excellent. I'm happy you fixed it.
