It's not Low/High Cam, it's Low/High Throttle %

hey thanks for the info accordlx, those settings were in the afc when I pluged it so I didn't touch it, any Idea why my boost gauge don't read pressure (boost), it reads -20vaccum, but when I give it gas it goes up to 0. I have the boost gauge and the bov on the same vaccume line. thanks Ray

are your check valves in line with the boost gauge if they are its bleeding off pressure before your gauge sees it

even with the check valves there with the afc you should still get boost to the guage unless its in line with the boost guage. but if the check valves are where they should be then they shouldnt be in line with the boost guage any way

You have change to your low and high throttle % to be consistent like 10%low 11%high or 69%low 70%high, otherwise in the 11% to 69% range your engines gonna be flooded with fuel cause there's no correction from the AFC. This is Mis-Information. If you do it like that, your car will run like ---- w/o a space in between the throttle settings. Reason is, when you are accelerating, if you are pressing the throttle slowly, the second you cross say 69-70% if those are your low and high crossover points and the maps are different you will get a severe buck b/c the map signal will be drastically changed from the change from low to high throttle map. By keeping them spaced out, the AFC uses some math averaging algorythm (read the book) and averages the settings depending on exactly where the throttle is and what your settings are and what your crossover point is. You can verify this by looking at the 'cor' (correction %) readout on your display. Set the low throttle map for somthing like 45% or somthing and set your high throttle for like 75% and then you will see what I mean. It only makes a difference if your maps are different for high + low throttle, but If they are, it will make a big difference in smoothness. If the maps (HI LO) are exactly the same, then you can set HI LO to whatever you wish, b/c it truly doesn't matter. If you need proof, try it out!~

With the check valves at the map line you will get boost, but you won't get enough fuel when boosting.
but at idle the gauge will read -20 you have to drive it to get boost. It won't give you boost while at idle. the higher the rpm the more boost...till your wastegate opens. Drive around don't drive like a sissy make some rpms go to redline.

20inch of vacuum at idle, 0 and WOT. thats normal.
and different amounts of vacuum according to how much you're pressing down on the pedal.

I took the check valves out and I see no difference in the way the car runs, and I had the check valves on the map sensor vaccum, and the bov and bosst gauge on another vaccum line. I will try run it on the street, pending on the cops around here. thanks
