How much oil came out? If it was a lot I would say you have a clog somehow, but if it just dripped it's probably fine. ???

I would try to fix the oil pressure and the drain and see if it still leaks. If it still does, you need a new turbo or a rebuild. :-\

Jesus, does your oil pump actually pump that sludge? :o That's not exactly the best/right way to fix the problem. ;)

as for the last post look at the date! it was at the rebuilers since nov 5th and i just got the results back!

blocked oil return inside the turbo from carbonised oil cos the turbo has been stood for so long in the junk yard, so the moral of the story is get the turbo checked before you fit it!

could be 1 of 3 things...

1. Seals took a crap

or.. all or any combination of the above are possible.

man i found out about bottlenecking the drain line :(
