Few questions/Analysis please

Debating between a log and equal length mani. Because if I have to get rid of a my radiator I might just go with an EQ length mani, but it all depends on how much I spend. If I go log I'll either buy on here or one from lovefab.com . I want to run 4 - 5 pounds daily. No more than 8 when racing, which I don't plan to crank it up that much till I get more 'protection' into the motor, or feel like blowing it.

Small bit of info on what my setup will consist of

1998 Acura Integra with 130,000mi on clock. Babied by a 40 year old woman with kids till 12k ago. I don't rag it out all the time, so its still in good shape.

B18B in an Integra GS port & polish head w/ 3 angle valve job
T3/T04 .57 trim w/ .60 AR from http://www.boosted-hybrid.com/newcat...l?catId=141926
Intercooler from http://www.johnnyracecar.com/
450cc DSM's
Block gaurd(free from friend) 'good for 22 pounds'... which I'll never be pulling.
MAYBE Crower 403 cams...
Bottom end will probably stay stock for now.
Unsure of BOV and wastegates, recommend me some.
Probably open DP or a straight 2.5 or 3 inch exhaust.
Walbro fuel pump
Crome tuned.

What intercooler would you suggest from JRC.com?
With a log mani would I have to get a half radiator, or could I possibly keep my current one?
What do you think I could pull daily driven out of this?
For racing I'm looking to pull 275 out of the engine, do-able?

Well I might kick it to 10-13 for a dyno run or something(my friend said he might give me one of his free ones). But as for racing it will stay at 8 at the mani, which is about 10 or 11 at the turbo.

Let's be real. You're going to want more than 4-5 pounds on the street. You're going to want at least 10 >:D

You could get by with a log manifold, and if a 1998 integra is anything like the 90-93 integra, you'll need a half radiator. Especially with an external wastegate.

Go 3" exhaust, a nice 6-8" JRC intercooler (or custom coach, both good people). You can use whatever BOV you want, I hear blitz and greddy make awesome ones. As far as a wastegate, a Tial 38mm would work well.

Yes, honestly, I'll get addicted.

My friend bought an MR2 recently and the first time I ever punched it in that car I was hooked. I fathomed the idea of turboing my car, but that first drive was the hammer to my nail. We'll see how this turns out.

Should I head to a junkyard and see if I can't find a civic half radiator or just try to pick one up online?

You can get the dual cores ones (better cooling) from a sponsor in the F/S forum. You can either do that, or get a crappier one off ebay or something. I wouldn't really trust one from a junkyard unless it was really really clean.

i dont think you'll need a half radiator. just get a slim fan and mount it on the other side of the radiator. i would just buy a log from krb or someone. lovefab's logs are over priced.

A few weeks ago we tried a .60/.63 on Steve's sluttegra with a log manifold... didn't work out so well.

It's really up to you if you want a half, but I would definately recommend it.
