The exhaust fan? Haha, I don't know why, but that's funny to me.

Most turbos will spin at idle. Unless it's a big ****** or it has oiling/bearing problems it should spin. Ball bearings will spin like hell at idle.

What size is the turbine side? If the oil isn't leaking out all over the place that probably isn't a problem, assuming it is actually feeding oil.

It probably just won't spin at idle. Is it new? Old? Beat?

its .48 exhaust side. Its brand new. it was dripping a little bit but nothing bad. When i reved it a little the turbine moved. Heres something I do have the feed on the top and the dump on the bottom but. its a little bit slanted the dump faces out and the feed faces in. Its just a little bit it was to make it easier to fit the feed line. could this be causing a problem does it need to be strait up and down?

The straighter the better. What position is the drain at, 8 O'clock, 9 O'clock,??

It might need a bit of time to break in before it spins freely. Mine took a little while to loosen up and it was the same size as yours.

That should be fine. Go beat the hell out of it and it should be spinning in no time.

good just checking. Cant beat the hell out of it. Still need down pipe waiting for the SAFC, injectors and fuel pump. What do you think about that TIAL style wastegate? it seems identicle and i bought it thinking it was a tial. does that thing suck?

What wastegate? Are you referring to the SSautocrap ones? From what I hear they are interchangable with TIAL parts so if it does take a ---- you can replace it with quality parts. TIAL's are the ----.
