a/f meter not working
My a/f meter is not working at least i dont think it is. could it be because i dont have a cat? it seems to work sometimes and somtimes its not just stuck on lean, luckly my car is not turbo yet, but trying to fix all the little stuff before i put the turbo on. i checked all wires everything is hooked up one wire to the 02 senor.

Re:a/f meter not working
soldered connections? are u sure ALL connections are tight?

Re:a/f meter not working
check you connections. And as far as the a/f is concerned Ive had a couple of shops tell me they are the top reasons for blown up engines (f/i) . Due to the fact the only read like 13.5 to 15.5. thats a pretty limited range. BUt something is better that nothing. ;)

that was the problem i had and a good connection i only spliced the o2 and i wasn't good so i had to go back and do it again but then it worked |
Re:a/f meter not working
those a/f gauges are pointless. the o2 sensor is constantly changing voltage to tell the ecu to go lean and then go rich, thats why it bounces around. there is no way to get an accurate measurement out of them.

Re:a/f meter not working
it could be because your o2 is going that hapened to my friend so when i hucked it up it didnt work to well and i told him to get a o2 and then it worked fine most of the time it because of the o2 so change it or try the a/f on a frends car and see what gos on
