expert advice needed?

I have a b18c from japan looking to run low boost 7psi or 6 on a daily driver the motor is stock which turbo to go with I have to options I am looking for bottom to mid power my options are a garret t3/t4 ar.60 originally for a xr4ti or a garrett t3 ar.42 please let me now what to do thank u for time reading this

It's Chrsitmas so I'm not going to flame you. Do yourself a favour and use the SEARCH feature. A similar question was asked within the past week. Check through the resent posts.
