Exhaust housing swap

Im currently running a .60/.63 t3 on my z6...its a bit too laggy for me so i wanna do a .48/.60 conversion.
I also already have a .42 .48 laying around, my question is, instead of putting the .60 compressor housing, wheel, back plate on the .42/.48..can I just put the .48 exhaust housing on the .60/.63? would it fit? is the wheel too big? I just wanna make sure I can do this before taking off the turbo and running into any surprises. :)

Re: Exhaust housing swap

.63 and .48 exhaust wheels are the same if they are the same stage ie (stage 1, 2, 3) I think all factory turbos are stage 1 so you should be cool, and they bolt up the same
