exhaust housing crack
 

A T3 .48 turbine housing is very common.
I would definitely replace that.
First talk to the guy that rebuilt it. He should have seen that. I bet he has a bunch he could let go.

throw it back together,
make sure shaft dont touch,
call it a day

no the turbo have dont spin i dont put it in the car during the shaft touch

right above the crack it looks like the wheel had rubbed there...id be worried, and id also get a new housing

haha im form quebec scuse my english tell me what you dont understant

so the place you tell it is rubbed its before the rebuilt, now it do not touch there he touch right on the crack.The busshing are new and it not have a big shaft play
