Evo 8 inlet flange?

Does anyone know where I can get a flange for this turbo. Ive tried slowboy racing racing solutions and atp turbo already nobody carries it that I know off. oh yeah I asked Lsd to he doesn't carry them either here's a pic of the one I'm talking about.
