Finally got a chance to start my new build on my pimp ---- escort. I'll be updating this often since I don't see it being done until spring. Heres what the plans are. I know the pics suck, all I had with me was my phone.

Turbo Setup

CDM 60-1 professionally balanced and rebuilt with good ----.(A Buddy who works at a turbo shop hooked me up)
Stainless top mount
3" downpipe
Already has 3" exhaust
Massive CDM intercooler.(Probably overkill but I only paid 50 bucks for it so ---- it)
Free CDM 44mm wastegate.(HKS style)
2.5" charge piping
AN Feed and Return
Water meth injection

Engine and management

1.8 Mazda BP
GTX Intake Manifold
GTX Cams
Mazda B6T Rods (good for 350 whp, hopefully)
Wiseco 9.1 pistons
550cc RX7 injectors
Megasquirt 2
AEM Wideband

I know, I have some gaps, I'm gonna fix them when I take it out to finish welding it.

 

Ripper vids with some dirty 2nd's are sure to come. I finished welding the manifold up today. It turned out ok. I really wish i had a tig to use cause this manifold would have looked top notch. ---- it though, its not a maserati. I'm gonna fab the down pipe, charge pipes and mount the intercooler tomorrow. I'll post up some more pics of the progress after christmas cause I have the feeling that my piece is gettin me a new camera for christmas. Thanks for the good feedback.

 

Heres a little update. Manifold is welded. Downpipe is fabbed. Wastegate and intercooler are mounted. I'm gonna make a heat sheat for the turbine tomorrow, then i'll pull it back apart and finish welding.
