EE Enhanced Boost Controller

Hey all,

I'm installing an EE Enhanced Boost controller v2... Should i hook up the throttle position sensor wire? Or should i just splice it with the normal 12v.

It's on a 97 civic...

Thanks cOmpl3x :P

There are 5 wires total.
12v
Ground
Solenoid + and -
(these are all fine)
i was just curious about the last wire that is supposed to go to the throttle position sensor...

maybe i'm missing something with the v2 that i know nothing about about.

try www.ee-enhanced.com perhaps?

edit: it goes to your tps either/or a +12v source.

Re: EE Enhanced Boost Controller

if you hook it up to the TPS, then the solenoid is only active at WOT.

if you hook it up to 12v, the solenoid is always active

Couldn't it be turned into a positive?.. What I mean is..

Instead of running it to 12v(always on) or tps(on when wot)..why not run that wire to something that can be switched(no not a toggle)..something hands free?..say that apexi vafc u have some were in the panty drawer.. Wire the vtec output of the apexi to the (tps) wire from the EE EBC.. Then you basiclly accomplished a poor mans way of having low/hi boost in the same gear but be rpm dependant?..especially for those with traction issues in early gears..

Put vtec "ON" say at 6000 rpm..from 1k-6k = (WG psi) 6k-redline= high boost..?

Just a thought I planned on messing around with once mine gets here..

And the real nutkicker is that say u wanted low boost all the time(who would right?) simply flip the pimp tyte missle toggle to "OFF" and the solenoid becomes paper weight..

Just a thought..
