which is easier to tune.......
a turbo system, or ITBs.......
planning on running one of the two and was wondering what sort of tuning is needed for itbs on the bottle |
Re: which is easier to tune.......
probly wouldnt be very hard if you use direct port nitrous with ITB's but i would go turbo personally

Re: which is easier to tune.......
Yes you would need a direct port setup but in my experiences tuning for boost has been easier than ITB's. Plus we all B.I.B.... (Boost is better) ;)

Re: which is easier to tune.......
the thing about the itbs is that i can make it one hell of a sleeper. ive figured out a way for a kick ass intake system for the itbs and ill have the spray coming from underneath. that way i can hide all the lines. only thing youll see is my old motor and the itbs. its either boost and everyone knows it, or " hey look, that motor has itbs........nothing special". >:D
either way im shooting for 200-215 on a build z6. i know boost can get me there but how much spray do you think it will take. |
Re: which is easier to tune.......
on a built z6 with some good head porting i dont think it would take much at all, but what i dont get is when people see itb's they are gonna know something is up. i have never seen a honda in person with itb's so if i did i would expect it to be fast
