Judgind from that auction the guy posted above, Im thinking of making my own dam one
Just make a flange that has an exact 3.000" bore and make a flapperwith maybe a bit smaller? Then drill through the side of the flange and into the side of the flapper (flapper will be threaded), then I could hook up something to make it swivel and lock open
Does anyone have any suggestions on what size the flapper would have to be for it to open and close and seal? I work at a machine shop but really dont know much yet, just production work, but theres plenty around the shop I may be able to play with, probably in mild steel

^ That might work, I dunno hwo they make them seal perfect or if a threaded rod through the side would keep it aligned forever, the flange hole through the side would have to not be tapped
A better idea might be to just use a piece of 3" exhaust and make a flapper inside of it, just measure the pipe inner diamter exactly, check in a lot of spots to get a perefct round piece, then make your flapper to that. I might try this in my spare time tomorrow but I dont have any 3" pipe yet
Making it close might be tricky, I'll have to see how a throttle body closes and maybe use that or mimic it
---- this is kinda cool and ghetto friendly
