ok is this at all possable? i was talking to some guys and they said that the turbo i have it small for my motor, ok, well they also said i need to put an 'oil restrictor' on the car?

"u need a restrictor for the oil in for the turbo, because even if u rebuild it hondas run at high oil pressures and you will blow past the seals and ruin the turbo"

is what i was told can anyone back this up or prove it wrong? thanks

Yea high oil psi can kill a turbo in a short amount of time.J davis gave a really detailed description of what happens in a post a few weeks ago.

Stealthmode sells an adjustable one

or heres another non adjustable option, 1/8th npt with a .060 opening
