That's a 14b turbo from a 90-94 DSM manual trans. They're good little turbos and are capable of producing close to 300hp on the right tune. Also, the D15B2 can be made to run pretty decently with a D16 head, injectors, wiring, cam, and intake manifold. Also, you have get a manifold from a Civic CX and weld the flange you made to it and there you go. All that's left to do is charge piping and engine management.

I concur captain!! That turbo you got there is gonna run you 8 psi strong with that stock waste gate. You can run that reliable with the right fuel and tune. I run a T25 garrett off a 99 Eclipse (Not as powerful as the turbo you got) and I drive my car everyday.. 8psi on 230k mile motor. Gets 33 mpg or more all the time. Its all about the tune and if you mash on it all the time. 8 psi in your civic with that turbo is gonna be a kick in the pants fun dude. If you want 4psi... rock the supercharger (kinda lame and expensive) or NOS.
8 psi isnt too much for a stock 1.5 with 130000 on then ill probable go with it i just dont want to go nuts and nitrous is out of the question Ive tried it in the past and blew the intake off a firebird
also i dont want to put much money into it i figure the most expensive thing will be ecu tuning
btw thanks for the responses and not giving me ----
