Default dsm sidemount suit my needs?

yeah kind of a noobish question but here goes.

my setup is a b18a1, xs mani, .48 .60 t3, dsm 450cc, 10-12psi, turboedit

i have a 2g dsm sidemount i might be using up front in the bumper area and was wondering if it will do me good? even worth trying? once summer rolls around ill be running this on the 1/4 and stuff like that so ill probably upgrade then. this should work out for now.

See if you can find a MkIV Supra side mount or Conquest/Starion front mount. If all else fails there's this for $199 and shipping:

Yeah those Supra sidemounts are excellent. They can support plenty of power. Definitly anything that T3 is gonna flow. Starions are cheap, but kind of a pain to install, Saab fmic is thin, but huge and cools really efficiently. That 2G side mount and 2.5" hard piping will actually cool more whp than you think though. Maybe not repetative runs at the strip, but for daily driving it'll be fine. The supra and hard piping will definitly work best as will the Starion or Saab fmic. ---- man, I have a Saab fmic and a bunch of piping and couplers I'll sell ya if you want something cheap to throw on there.
