Who is the ------ *** that started this god damn thread!?!?!? This mother ****** should be shot!!! Who in the hell gets frustrated when they spend money, read tech articles and nothing works like they've been told it would!! What a jackass...I mean c'mon the tech article MUST have said that OBDII plugs don't work with the injectors JUST by cutting out the inner tab on the injector. And ----...the article MUST have stated exactly what injector seals to order. I am so glad I could jump in here and be a total dick to this guy who was taking as much advice as he could only to have it not really work the way he was told....enuf said

I think this "DSM INJECTORS DONT WORK IN D-SERIES MOTORS" kinda set him up for some serious flaming dude. If he needed to ask a question that was fine. He wasa pretty much dead as soon as he hit the submit button with that title. I'll be waiting for the "B-SERIES MOTORS DONT WORK IN CIVICS!!" thread next.

 

ummmm...yeah...shows how much you pay attention...anyways...I wanted to put a title on here that would grab attention to my issue so I could get some resolve. Didn't think that everyone would be a bunch of dick holes. Besides in my original post I never even said that the tech article was wrong. I merely stated that I'm pissed because I was told that DSM injectors practically plug right in with the Y8 which is just not the case. I was told to cut out the inner piece of plastic...not the case....I was told to machine some injector seals...so I ordered stock seals to bore out...no one ever told me I have to order Acura seals. This is why I come here. To get info on how to do ---- right and when I am given inaccurate info and/or not enough info, it is frustrating when you put out money and run into a jam that makes it look like the install won't work.
