Re:::DSm BOV questions::

no. you'll probably run larger charge pipe anyway. you can order the flange from road race engineering.

i have also seen the darkside and been enlightened;D
well not really but your set up is pretty coo
looked pretty nice but why did you put the BOV so low?
i thought you needed to keep it close to the intake manifold?
just thanking you for the link too cause they got a lot of stuff i was looking for

as for the BOV, like he said not necessary but if they are selling it with it, what the hell. take it. I think someone is still selling a couple in the classified fourms

good luck

Re:::DSm BOV questions::

it doesn't matter where you put it as long as it's there. probably better before the fmic so you don't have a bunch of turbulence going back and forth. i mainly put it there because i was using my existing aem cai for the upper chargepipe and it's aluminum and the bov flange/pipe is steel.

it shouldnt be hard at all to do a turbo kit in a $1000 budget! Just got to hit up the local junkyards. Hell im doing my whole kit for only like $400 and its pretty decent kit! Like I said before you just got to have patience and know were to look!
