DSM 16G to HF Manifold Adapter Help

I'm having a problem with my dsm 16g to hf manifold adapter.
On the adapter to turbo side, I'm only able to use 3 of the 4 holes because one hole does not have an opening through the back like the others.
If I put a bolt through the top, then the bolt will get in the way of bolting the manifold on.
Is there a way to bolt this on that I'm not seeing? Or is this the wrong adapter? Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

Back is not accessible like the rest of the holes:

Are you sure it's backwards? The port on the other side is an oval that matches up with the turbo perfectly. Whereas the port in the picture has a weird shape that matches up with the manifold so I don't see how it's backwards?

Any way I turn it, I don't see how I can get the 4 bolts in on the adapter to turbo.

rotate it 180º clockwise, not counter-clockwise

---- the HF, Log Manifold owns all.

God I hate latex gloves. Nitrile is teh win.

nOOb, its ebay not rocket science. The mani and turbo were built by Oem's. The flange wasnt.

HMT rule #1- If it wont work, make it work.

(jon is right spin it around...)

My DSM/HF setup has the DP on that same side.. but then again the turbo holes are countersunk while the manifold holes are only 1/4" bolt holes. How about cutting the head off a bolt, cutting a deep flathead groove, and using a screwdriver to put it in like a big set screw? Bad idea?
