Default DSM 02 housing on 14b in a B16 with A/C

I'm trying to figure out if I can use the 02 housing (elbow) from the 1g DSM 14b turbo for my B16 with A/C and then just run the downpipe from there to the my exhaust.

I honestly dont want to get the downpipe custom made, but was wondering if anyone had experience with this or heard anything of it?

I have not taken apart my car yet and do not no if it will exactly fit. I plan to do all of the install in like 1-2 weeks. Any input would be appreciated.

i used the same thing on my 99 ex with a log manifold and had to remove the A/C and move the radiator over about an inche and a half.

It really depends on what kind of manifold you have and where it puts the turbo, I mean if you had a log manifold and the flange was sitting far off to the passenger side, I'm sure the DSM o2 housing would work just fine. Its obviously going to take a few test fits to visualize if everything is going to fit, what kinda car are we talking here?
