Default Downpipe Flange with no wastegate

i just got me a downpipe flange from someone and it doesnt have a hole for the wastegate and i was wondering if i could just drill out another hole or if i would just be able to leave it like it is and just run one pipe.

even if you drilled a hole, how would you mount the flapper and actuator you have to use an internal wg housing in order to use an internal wg actuator, the flange you got is for an external wg.
