double check my budget turbo list

alright quick bio on me: 31 years old, just married, first kid on the way(oct), buying a house. This is my first build of any kind, first swap, first turbo set up, i don't know much and what i do know i learned here(thanks guys)...I do have my cousin who is a mechanic to help me, and since he just put the lifts into his home garage, it's time to start

just what the title says i'm packing up the house and had everything i have gathered for my turbo set up, sitting in front of me so...i'm just making sure there isn't anything that i'm missing. So any help would be greatly apprecated.

CAR

engine/tranny
d16z6(which engine mounts do i need i have them all)
arp head studs

dsm blue top 450 injectors
dsm side mount intercooler
dsm blow off valve
piping 2.5 four 90's, four 180's,four 45's(exhaust and charge pipes)
boost gauge

Things i know i need
new ecu with uber basemap (j-k tuning)
jumper harness obd0 to obd1
exhaust flange (making my own manifold what size piping should i use?)
some random straight pipes and muffler to build my exhaust

thats all i can think of now if i'm missing anything let me know this is my daily driver/trying to make a weekend drag car so i want to have everything before i start messing with it

oh yea my goals..trying to run about 10psi.....200hp but really i just want to run the 1/4 mile in 13.something

1.5" for manifold should work. You need to convert the car to MPFI if you have not already[just search MPFI swap].The throttle body should work on that manifold. What about oil lines? You going to make some or you can buy a nice kit from Tuner Toys[sponsors on here] that comes with everything you need for less then a $100.The sidemount will work but a frount mount would be better. You need some silicone and clamps which you can buy from a sponsor on here or go to a hose/hydraulics shop and buy by the foot. For engine mounts all your stock ones will work but I think you need to put your original timing belt side one on that motor but Its been a while so maybe the stock D16Z6 one.I dont have any experience with the Teg tranny so maybe double check that it bolts up and your axles will work. All round sounds like you have a good plan and realistic goals.

thanks yea i knew about the mpfi....haven't done it yet but i have tons of write ups on it...and your right i forgot about oil lines. i basicaly have a whole dsm car to work with can i just rob its lines,if not i will just make em. Itis homemade turbo , and i'm a broke mofo :y and yes i know that a front mont ic is WAY better but on the other hand i have the side mount and got it for free and i'm kind of going for that sleeper look....don't want everyone trying to race me all the time and that is how it is around here. Have a big front mount every douche bag and there sister wants to run. I wouldn't mind it so much but i will be driving around with my kid in the car, and am not racing with him in the car. Don't think that baby on board sign will stop anyone :8

Just mount the dsm side mount in front like a normal front mount and then spray paint it black the paint doesn't hurt it's performance and not everyone will notice it. You'll get more air flow through it
