Default does your t25 hold boost?

i havent been able to get my car to boost 14 psi till redline...is that normal with this turbo? its like 14 psi for a second then it starts cruising down till its around 10 psi at 6500 rpms...

yeah, that is normal with that turbo, if you're looking for higher boost without changing anything but the turbo you can upgrade it to a BT28 (www.forcedperformance.com) or with some charge pipe changes you could use a 16g, both are good for 300+ hp on a honda

head gasket, arp head studs, crane turbo cam, stock block d15b7 with one broken ring land from a bad fuel pump...i have another block ready to go in juss waiting for this one to go...
