Does ANYBODY make the HF/14b adapter anymore?!

Looking to buy one asap and can't find anybody who can make me one...

BMC said he's backed up and can't start one for a month....

Weir Racing doesn't make them anymore

I have a custom one that keeps leaking...looking for a QUALITY piece...

Anybody?
