Re: do i need an oil restictor?

sometimes when u put a turbo on your car and hook up the oil lines(depending on what size u use) you can send to much oil to the turbo. which will go past the seals and into the exhaust housing of the turbo. resulting in smoke. that is why u need an oil rest. to cut down on the pressure and amount of oil u get. i think turbos only need like 30 psi of oil. the time i noticed oil in my exhaust was when i would set still with the car ideling.
