Got a Garrett AR .60 M11... got a 95' Honda Civic Ex. Auto...feedback? :-\

The fastest turbo cars in the world are automatic. Lovely thing about a slushomatic turbo car is that it doesnt loose boost between shifts, once it spools up its there until you let out. My first automatic Supra was a thing of beauty when you came off the converter.

Automatics are okay, but you're losing a lot of power with it. I had a turbo on my Accord, and it held up well, but would slip between shifts when the car was cold and in 1 or 2lbs of boost.

It can be done, but it won't last too long. Mine lasted almost 20k miles and that was with about 6lbs of boost on it.

magement is the same for your auto car as any other civic. chipped ecu. you dont have to do anythign special cause it an auto. but im sure within a month of installing your turbo there will be an auto to manual thread from you

No im saying a stock honda slushbox isnt going to hold a lot of power, and if it does it wont last long. If your clever and properly shim the accumulators it will last longer and hold a bit more, but im not going to tell you how to do it because you havent found the search button yet.

its pretty simple to swap auto-manual. if you cant figure it out then you should probably hold off on turboing it
