different types of t3 DP flanges?

i've got an internally wastegated t3 that i've just installed and yesterday i revieved my 3-bolt DP flange and the hole size is correct but the bolt holes don't line up, they are 1/2 in too short.

all the flanges that i've seen look pretty much the same. am i missing something??
this car needs to be done this week :(

thanks,

Jonathan

There are 2 1/4" flanges and 2 1/2" flanges. You have a 2 1/2" outlet and a 2 1/4" flange. Doesn't that suck? :P

There is a Garrett 3-bolt discharge flange and a "Turbonectics" 3-bolt flange. The Garrent flange has a larger C/C hole spacing.
