Default Different T3 Flange Question...

hey guys,
I was thinking. My manifold has the standard t3 flange. I noticed that the chrysler turbo's have an odd shaped t3 flange so it wouldn't work. When looking at the saab or volvo flange, it has the same t3 shape but a little different than the standard t3 flange. My question is, would I be able to use those types of turbo's? Meaning that I wouldn't have to get an adapter plate. Or am I only allowed to use the turbo's with the standard flange?

u can grind and drill new holes in the chrysler housing to get it to work.
the volvo has an inset circle that extends outside of a stand t3 flange.
you can buy a universal flange you can get for your mani.
