I got my cam ground by them, d16z6, I believe they put a 272/252 grind on it, I couldnt tell you if it made any difference since the first time I felt the motor period I had vitara's in it. cost like 175 inc shipping so it wasnt to bad, but for all I know they could have just shipped it back the same as they got it.

I just got off the phone with delta cam. They sell sohc regrinds for 150ish with no core with a core "your old cam"they go for right at $100.

It's pretty cool I work at a you pull yard now and I'm working a deal with Delta to sell them cores from or yard. This is the first job Ive ever had I would say I like going to work at.
