Default D16y7 setup suggestions

welll i was looking at going turbo so far this what i can get
hf manifold
mitsubishi turbo adapter (you can bolt any other mitsubishi turbo t25,14b,16g)
turbo off a (lebaron) spools @ 2500rpm
denso bov off a mazda
some intercooler piping
dsm fuel pump (good for 250hp)
mazda intercooler or dsm intercooler and piping
exhaust adaptor made to start a down-pipe
dsm 450 injectors

now as for fuel management i think ill convert obd2a to obd1 and run uberdata on a p06 or something...if not ill run an afc hack

this will be going on 1997 civic coupe with d16y7....the plan is to make a dialy driver nothing serious....just some more umph

ill need chargepipes....now i was wondering can CAI piping that i have already have be used as chargepipes?

any other suggesion would be greatly appreciated thank you

for the charge piping, you can use your cai pie, you'll probably need a ubend to get it to the outlet of the intercooler, for the piping from turbo to intercooler inlet you coulld do it with 2 u bends. jcwhitney.com i think. if you got a bypass valve on the cai pipe you might wanna remove that.

hf manifold- junk use your stock dx mani and cut the cat off and get a t-25 flange welded onto it. ti flows better and dosent look ghetto
mitsubishi turbo adapter (you can bolt any other mitsubishi turbo t25,14b,16g)
turbo off a (lebaron) spools @ 2500rpm
denso bov off a mazda - get a GReddy knock off form ebay there 65.00 and sound good
some intercooler piping
dsm fuel pump (good for 250hp)
mazda intercooler or dsm intercooler and piping : get a dsm side mount it fits behind the bumper on the passenger side
exhaust adaptor made to start a down-pipe - use the dsm o2 dumpo and get a 2 1/2 2 bolt flange and have a exhaust shop make u a down pipe or get some mandreal bends and weld it yourself
dsm 450 injectors - get a honda risestor box and wire it in below the manifold
cut the inner rails of the injectors where the clip goes on wiht a razor blade and u can use stock honda clips
speaking of manifold get a d16y8 form eb ay for 50.00 it flows so much better than the dx toilet bowl style.

get a afc thats it

the mitsu turbos from the lebaron have the chrysler bolt pattern and will not work with the normal mitsubishi flange.

meh, i say leave the y7 head on it. get yourself a saab t3 .42/.48 50 trim from a saab900. However I hear wastegate placement is a bitch with anything bigger than a 14b, I say spend the $100 on a LSDMotorsports.com log manifold kit and make yourself a log mani.

sweet. another 15yo kid on here who posts up a dream and wants everyone to tell him what they think. he posted then he will come back about a week later and see what people said.

I think if you looked around on the site, you would see that alot of people have already done this exact same build. its pretty simple. they all use the same components in one way or another if you look and analize.
