If you have no leaks in your charge piping, then you have an exhaust that is too restrictive or your wastegate is malfunctioning.

well the wastegate is internal and it works fine, when i put the turbo in last night we had boost, but the controller wasnt hooked up right so it was spiking to like 15psi i parked it and worked all day and fixed the controller so i was actually hooked to a vacuum line like it shoulda been and now we have no boost. i even hooked the wastegate straight to a vacuum line to get just stock boost or whatever and still got nothing....there isnt really much in terms for a downpipe it kinda just dumps under the oil pan for right now, i know dsm turbos need back pressure but it should still be spooling?! should it not?

It should be, ya fucked somethin up. So you changed nothing since when it boosted and now, other than the boost controller?

I would check your charge piping connectors for any holes because i had a connector near metal and it blew it out and the hole was facing the grouns and i couldnt see it i had to feel for it.

haha stealthmode kit that fits great...hahahaha good one...you're a funny guy. (just joshin you stevie)

those dsm internal wastegates have the habit of sticking open, smack the flapper arm with a hammer and make sure its closed all the way. the spikes probably fucked it around like a virgin and stiuck it open. its most likely that.

two reasons you would suddenly not build boost anymore... 1st is wastegate open, 2nd is a compressor side boost leak. (popped charge pipe, leaky bov, torn coupler) make sure you check your pipes and stuff too, those high boost spikes coulda popped a pipe.

yea im stupid, went out to the car this morning, felt the wastegate flapper arm and it was disconnected from the dowel on the flap
forgot a cotter pin on the dowel

back to boost
