Hey was up,im new to this fourm,i got a 95 eg hatch with a d15b7,this thrusday Im be turboing it,im run t25 dms turbo with 450 injectors,and a tune,i want boost 10psi and make some were between 180-200whp,but what I want know if it can handle 10psi?,the motor is heathy and taken care of,burns no oil,but does have 275,xxx miles on it,

First thing u need to do is a compression test..

well the D15b7 is rated 102 hp. (to the crank). figuring in 15% loss through the drive train, that puts you at 87 whp. then run that number through the boost calculator with the 10 psi and you end up at
146 whp. So you will be a little shy of the numbers you would like unless you were to up the boost or go bigger on the turbo. in your case, with 275k on the engine,i would say do not go higher than 10psi, or you may risk blowing it up. And i would get a wide band o2 sensor (plx, aem, etc.) to keep an eye on your air fuel ratio. good luck with the build.

you may also want to add head studs to your list. ARP carries them. i had a friend who had a similar set-up on his 93 civic w/ a D16y6 and he was lifting the head at only 8 -10psi! he was continually replacing head gaskets because the stock studs were stretched and warn. they are $130 brand new on ebay for the kit.
