D15b2 TURBO KIT

I really need some help. I am looking to buy a D15b2 turbo kit for a 1991 Honda CIvic HB w/ an auto tranny. IS there anyone out there who can build or get me one. I have plenty of money now if someone can find me one. Thanks for the help.

Re:D15b2 TURBO KIT

they are bad cars to turbo...
u might have problems with the dpfi...(duel point fuel injection)...not enough fuel to run boost on.
i save the money and upgrade.

actually we have 2 turbo DX's on the site.. both using DPFI, once the pages are back up, you can see how its done, but for now you can browse through the pics..

my apologies, i get behind in my mail and forget which ive answered and which i havent, being that they are mostly all the same questions.

the car ran with turbo for about the 8th month mark and i blew the clutch, the engine is still alive, but im gonna use the alternator and starter for parts and throw the engine in the garbage. its junk.

but anyway, it was a stock dx motor, 160k + miles on it, and i was running around 5-6psi

and the fmu i was using was similar to a bosch one, but it was made by msd, and i got it from overboost.com. other than that it was a stock fuel system, with only the 2 injectors and stock fuel pump supplying fuel. and i was still able to run rich as hell under boost.
i was shooting out black balls inbetween shifts at redline, and im not sure whether that was my engine being hurt or the rich fuel mixture, but im pretty sure it was from the fuel. ;D :o

the screw wasn't too hard to spin out for me, there is a nut on it to fasten the screw in place so it doesn't adjust, and all you gotta do is loosen that nut and tighten or loosten the adjuster.

update on the car (zc is getting installed in 2 weeks, with the same turbo used on the dx motor, gonna be running 7-8psi with s-afc, lightened flywheel, stage 3 clutch, etc.)

So as far as the fuel management, that's all one needs to boost a D15? I was looking at the Vortech FMU on Overboost.com. http://www.overboost.com/obs/product...c_id=&sc_name=

Will that work out you think

Today I lifted all the turbo components from a 92 Eagle Talon. I can get pretty much everything. I got the turbo, wastegate, BOV, charge pipes, coolant and oil lines, the intercooler, and whatever else I need.. that isn't on the intake manifold side of the engine.

Heh, my buddy's TSi caught fire and roasted everything on the driver's side intake manifold side, including injectors. Everything else in the engine bay is in perfect condition. I'm going to see what I can get to fit and what I'll toss..
