Default D15B2 and Turbo?

I have a 1989 Civic DX HB, it has the stock engine with a short ram intake. Is the D15B2 engine able to withstand a turbo? If so what would you guys reccomend.

thanks

Put the turbo on the opposite side of the head of where the injectors go at. It's the best place because of hot exhaust gas or some ----.
