1. How much boost can my stock D block handle without any block guards

2. Can any one elaborate bolts that are used to guard the block on high boost levels?

So why do you need the block guard for? Only for crazy boost over 20psi?

I think it's a general rule of thumb with most hondas not to go past 8-10 psi if you want it to be a reliable daily driver...unless you are a good tuner with decent tools.

Honda piston rings just aren't great. D15 rods are like pencils too. I'd say shoot for like 160-170 whp and be content. You might be able to reach 200 whp with 8 psi and a mini-me swap. who knows.

Those audi turbos are tiny as ---- though...prolly good for a d15

You don't need a block guard.
