Re: D series Turbo project
I got this car for like the next 5 years so if/when I get rid of a/c I want to sell it on eGay. Dude, that is an EASY $300. Got to convince my Mom to let me though. My Dad said that if I keep it they have to be capped or plugged or something so they don't sit and rust or like screw up or something. How does everyone else do it?

My Dad says that the moist air in the system will make it all rust in the compressor and the evaporator coil after the freon has left. Nitrogen is the common used gas to prevent rust so you can use it later in life.
