on my buddies tercel we just got it running today, its not pretty, but it works

that awsome a sard bov and t-bolt clamps on a toyota tercell

 

no vids yet, we swapped in some bigger injectors & it fouls the plugs...so back to the stockers right now, since it runs fine then

 

Sinktrap...nice.

 

you have to have something to control the injectors. its not like a carb where if you need more fuel you can just swap jets.

 

hell yeah. Nice setup. Nice fab work. Charge pipe looks ****.

 

yeah, we have a SAFC 2, but its not fully wired up yet...so we wanted to be safe & rich initially by running the big injectors, but it was toooooooo rich

stock injectors, 3.5lbs of boost & she runs smooth, not really fast tho, it now keeps up with my DD 2.0 CVT Caliber on the highway, lol...it feels like the old worn out motor with the 25shot on it, but "feels" ain't ----, 'till he takes it to the track

the charge pipe was nice, but then after i bent it, it needed a few tweaks from the crush bender it get just right...so its not pretty, & i'll prolly remake it another day down the road

i'm really glad i ran the uppipe/sinktrap the way i did...just gave me enough room for the 4efte oil filter mount/relocator & locate the O2 in basically the stock location

 

i should note we are running a Tial wastegate (thats open also) & open downpipe for now...i did not want to burn up his cat playing with tuning

i have a pipe bent up, to go from the turbo to the rest of the exhaust, but its just not on the car yet, plus i got to run a pipe from the wastegate into the exhaust also

everything was used, BOV, WG, TD04HL-15g turbo
