custom flanges...

hey... I wanna put a bigger turbo on my probe soon... I wanna go like... T25 or something along those lines... ive got the ihi turbo on there, but I dont wana to get a new manifold... how would I go about making some sort of adapter plate? is this doable? is it easy?
