if you go 3" its gotta huge the pan quite a bit.

i'd also use SS if you can so you wont have any rotting problems.

As for o2's. You have one on the stock header and one right after the cat. If the DP is to mate up to the stock CAT you only need to add one. Unless the Turbo manifold you are using has one.
