Default custom downpipe help

this week i plan on placing my turbo and manifold on for downpipe fitting. i know i need the t3 block off flange for external wg. ok im gonna be runnin a drag manifold t3/t4 .63/60 turbo on 99 si. i wanna keep my ac also. i know you guys can help me out on this one. im pretty sure someone has ran this set-up before. so please give me, instructions,links,pics,advice ect what ever you guys can do for me will be gladly appreciated.thanx

Instructions with what? making a downpipe? put the manifold and turbo setup on, put the plate on and start making your downpipe? Are you going to be welding your own pipe or what?

Maybe I am a bit confused on what the question is...

dood almost every downpipe is differant with each setup.

easiest is to drive to a muffler shop and have them make one.

stainless or normal pipe? flex section? 2.5/3.0 pipe? Two 02 bungs or just one?

lots of varibles when doing downpipes, so its tough to say.

I took a couple of u bends, made some cuts, marked them up, and had a buddy weld them. Simple as that. Take it to the exhaust shop if you need to.

a downpipe is never the most thrilling thing to work on, but it's pretty easy. Mine turned out decent, but came close to the front engine mount which was my only obstacle.

sorry, my ip has been down. but what i was needing was guidence on building my own dp. yes i plan on doing a custom job on it. sorry for confusing the question. thanx for bringing this too my attention. i was in a hurry for work. inform me on anything you can. thanx

do you think 2.5 will be fine (7-10 lbs) and what would you prefer far as material and o2 bungs. thanx. i know it can all be a personal preference but just need too get an idea. thanx
