ct26 turbo
can my y7/y8 spin a ct26 turbo from a 88 supra

Re:ct26 turbo
going to be a touch on the laggy side, but yes it will spool it.

Re:ct26 turbo
what's the trim size and ar #s on these turbos anyways...so hard to find specs on factory turbos

Re:ct26 turbo
ct26 is like a 60/63 t3
|
Re:ct26 turbo
It's a bit larger than most T3's, not efficient at all after about 14psi. It'll spool a 3.0L inline 6 at about 2500RPM in second gear, but Toyota has never released compressor maps on any of it's turbos, so who knows how it'll do on a 1.6.
Anyways, yeah, you'll be able to spool it. It's undersized for the engine it came on, and isn't that big. -B |
Re:ct26 turbo
;D Yeah but i think 2 of these will spool quickly an do well on my 500 cube caddy engine. Let it RIPPPPP

Re:ct26 turbo
Damn that's a decent size. I passed on one for super cheap because I thought they were smaller. I should have looked at it first. :-\

Re:ct26 turbo
what rpm do u think it will have full boost at
|
Re:ct26 turbo
i think that would depend on how much boost you plan to run. ;)
Don't expect this to be a very responsive turbo |
