Default crushing the dsm bov

ok well i gota kit from some kid and it had a dsm bov and he crushed it and ----, anyway it looks like its crushed to much, now the kits on and its running good so far no leaks nun, just that 1st gear is geting 2psi 2nd gear is like 8 and 3 4 5 are like 10 so i thought it was the wastegate and i changed it to a brand new one, and at first it was good did 10 psi every gear, and out of no where back to wat it used to do, 1st is dfferent again, you think its the bov being to crushed? if not wat can be the problem?

The bov is probably fine, I don't get much boost either in 1st gear but every gear after I get the same amount.
