here we go , td04lr turbo from srt4 neon, IC from str4 neon, beautifull custom srt4 manifold,bov,bc...

Im happy to share this project with you guys, since it is for fun

I plan to run between 5 and 10 psi... i think it will be fun

------- crazy alright. man that EK needs a bath, and go on ebay and get the B series with the 14b flange and do it clean. SRT4 turbos suck. i should know ive worked on them before. the only reason that the srt4 is quick is because of the dohc maginum engine and low comp pistons.

im courious to see how it will turn out. keep us posted. i dont wanna offend you , but welding mild steel to cast is tricky and hairy. it might crack off and fall onto the road. then ull look like the green dsm in slow and the curious with sparks flying everyhwere from you down pipe. i hope it works for you. good luck. post more picts. and wash your car!

 

lol this one cost 4000$can i never wash a car since im on the road... all the parts used for manifold are in cast.

I didn't even think that was possible!!! I like it.

 

I used a srt4 intercooler on my 90hatch and it worked great after a little reworking of the end tanks.Keep the updates coming.

too bad that turbo will severly dissappoint you, not to mention i bet there ae 4000 exhaust leaks.
