Default Crankase ventilation question

Should the tube off my head be blowing out constantly? When it's at idle, I put my finger in front of it today and it was blowing out air pretty steadily. I also have my pcv hollowed out and venting at the ground but it didnt feel like it was blowing anything out at idle. IS this normal?

This is on a b18b btw.

the breather on the valve cover always shoots out pressure, im not sure where your talking about on the sec one. you mean the one that usually goes threw the crankcase you got just going straight to the ground? wouldnt that be leaking oil?

The breather is fine then. The other one pointed at the ground is my PCV, and it isnt at the moment leaking anything. Thanks a lot for the answer.
