ok yeah..... i was going to run a drag manifold- t25 with external tial wastegate on my 89 civic....... the only back thing is the drag manfiold makes the t25 hit the radiator... so im going to try using an hf manifold..... is there anywhere else to mount a wastegate other than the manifold........?

also, the turbo came with the stock o2 housing..... now, waht would be the best way to go, try to make a bolt up flange/ downpipe to that housing? or make my own downpipe with flange direcectly to the turbo.

now, if i make my own flange to bolt the downpipe directly to the turbo, any tips or ANYTHIGN to help me out since i am still a nube.......

1- hf and an adapter will work but you have to clock the turbo to clear the front cross member.

2- why are you running a external wastegate with this turbo

3- stock o2 housing will not work in a 89

4- you need to make a new down pipe buy getting a flang and weld a 90 degree exhast tube to it.

ok great...... im running an external because i bought it from spooolin like that..... i bought the drag mani, WG and turbo as a deal...... ok, heres my question, where can i get a flange that i can weld onto to make a downpipe......? anyone ever deal with this place.........http://shop.store.yahoo.com/cheapturbo/t2dofl.html ?

if anyone knows of any other places please let me know.......

OR if you know of anywhere i can get a stock wastegate for my t25, let me know, i have a wanted ad up but no such luck yet.....

stock wastegate, I would hit ebay maybe you can find a complete dead turbo?

weirracing, I hope I spelled that right has flanges so does bmc. (both on here and the same guys you can get the adapter plate from) look at the "for sale" stickies, top of the page.

how whas he running a external waste gate and a stock o2 housing You would need to block off the port on the turbo for the stock gate. Can you post me some pics?

OR you can change your rad to a 1/2 rad(1992 civic + style) and just use the ---- you got. This I have not personly done but I cant see why it wouldn't clear everything then.
