Couple of problems help

alright so i just got boosted friday and it is very nice if i do say so.. it is a d15b7 with a chrysler t3 and it pulls reallllly good.... i walked on a 170whp b16 civic and pulled on a gst eclipse with downpipe upgrade and the boost up some

anyways here is my setup
t3 internally wastegated at 7 psi
1st gen dsm sidemount and bov
2 inch i.c. piping and 2.5 inch downpipe
stock injectors with 12:1 fmu

k well here is my problem.. my car is leaning out up in higher rpms at higher boost, i changed my plugs and gapped the new ones to .035 to see if that would help and it did some but its still running lean. The fmu is supposed to be at 12:1 which i thought would be good enough for 7psi until i get my ecu chipped. Ok well its weird because my boost gauge is only reading 3-4 psi and it shouldn't be that for how quick its running.. so im thinking if my boost gauge is only reading up to 3-4 psi then maybe my fmu is only reading up to that and not dumping any more fuel after 3-4 psi. Stock injectors should be good enough for under 190whp because i see b series civics all motor running stock injectors with like 190whp, and thats the same rated injectors 240cc's saturated. My car was running hot earlier for some reason wtf.. it got about 3/4 of the way i was taking it reallly easy but the weird thing is i turned my car off and onto on so the fan would still run when i stopped but it wasn't running so im thinking maybe it was at normal temperature and my thermostat is fucked.. i dunno what to do, any suggestions on the running lean and getting hot?
oh yeah it was like blowing condensation out of my exhaust pipe.. wtf is with that

any suggestions would be helpful because i have to work tomorrow at 1 and i wanna be able to do as much as possible in the morning to make sure i dont have to get tow'd :( my aim sn is n0pinitr0us (yes its gay i made it a long time ago in the body kit days haha) so you can hit me up there if u want

all help will be greatly appreciated

jesus that was a lot of stuff...sounds like your headgasket if fucked if youre blowing white smoke...see if it smells funky like coolant. are you using a wideband o2 sensor to see if its running lean? try using another boost gauge and check for leaks and kinks in the line running to it

nah it was just condensation blowing out because it didnt smell like antifreeze and there wasnt any smoke under the hood

and unfortunately i have a shitty ass narrowband pos :( but my old plugs were turning white so.. and the narrowband bury'd in green at w.o.t until rpms get up then it goes to red :/

Headgasket can be partially blown from the head lifting which can cause hotter temps. As for running lean all I can suggest is staying out of boost till you get some real management.

If your boost gauge is showing 3-4 PSI thats about all your probally geting.
And at that level your FMU isnt going to work.
If your plugs are white your runing lean. Either re-tune your FMU to work with lower boost. Or change your injectors. Confirm your Boost readings.
Ive seen guys going escatic over 1 PSI boost. I was running arround with 4 PSI boost thinking it was 10 for some time myself. Your just going to hole your piston if you keep runing it lean.
Your over heating is a direct result of runing lean.
