pour toluene in there and light it on fire

Check the oil inlet of the turbo. There are 3 small holes the oil passes through to get into the CHRA. Its possible those could be plugged. You will be lucky if the turbo isn't shot though. If its not that then disassembly might be the only solution. Or just get another 14b.

try spraying some brake cleaner in there, i know that cleans up oil well. rinse it out with oil when you are done, cause the cleaner could dry up seals

How do you know it's not going through the turbo?

i took the return off and started the car, it just blows out the oil inlet

If your oil inlet was sealed properly, it wouldn't shoot out either. The plug on the oil pump sees more pressure than the rest of the system, yet ---- doesn't spray through it's threads...

Usually you need to take the turbo apart to clean all that crap out. Oil-cooling only will own your turbo when you don't idle after hard runs. The burnt oil not just plugs up passages, but ruins surfaces & seals.

Put it in the driveway and hose it down!

Maybe a rebuild is in order. Take that bitch apart and start tinkering. Its not like its a 1400 turbonetics bb turbo.
